I will help you turn your ideas into feasible, sustainable programs.

Developing effective programs requires good ideas and creative vision but must also be grounded in reality. If you are thinking of starting a training program for your employees, I can conduct a needs assessment to determine how the program should be structured. If you want to introduce a new educational program for middle school students, I can conduct research and a literature review to identify best practices. Maybe you need to raise funds for your program — I can do a search to identify appropriate funding prospects. I am also available to serve as a Project Manager for short-term projects as you get your grant-funded programs up and running.

Recent program development and project management work includes:

Needs Assessment for Berkshire Health Systems – Conducted focus groups and surveys as part of a planning grant to explore the need for training for nursing assistants

Program Administrator for MCLA’s 413 STEM initiative –  Managed a collaborative with three Western MA community colleges aimed at supporting STEM education for underrepresented students

Project Coordinator of Berkshire Compact for Education – Coordinated a county-wide collaboration aimed at raising aspirations and improving access to post-secondary education

Project Manager of Berkshire Wireless Learning Initiative – Coordinated a pilot educational technology program that brought laptop technology to Pittsfield and North Adams middle schools.
